FNB SUCKS

I deposited money into my account today and was charged R537 service fees. I was not made aware of this. It took me years to save the money I have. I want it back and I will close my account. Consultant I spoke to refused to give me his name and hung up the call. Please I just want this money back and I will close this account and never bank with you again.

I tried calling on all the 100 numbers you have, another R100 wasted on airtime.

Please just give me my money.
