Fnb sucks
Hello ..do I have to give star?anyway fnb sucks!!! Recently opened cheque account with them mainly for online banking as I had this notion that it was the best ,but today in all my life never had such useless service by fnb call centre agents and branch staff,my problem was a simple one so I thought but seems not, I blocked my online banking service by requesting the OTP number too many times, I then call the call center got transferred a couple of times to be accurate times til I got a guy who said I should go to the branch ok I did, guess what I was given the phone, held about half an hour ,spoke to a couple of personal again and somehow no one was able to help ,even waste the card itself is blocked now, how I don't know I have given up on fnb and you wanted me to switch to you guys lol
