FNB sucks

A debit order from MTN for R7 000 + which I did not authorized went through my debit account which I queried and the amount was reversed. Now FNB charge me R50 for transaction reversal fees, they allowed an unauthorized debit order therefor it is their mistake. Why should I pay for their mistakes.
