FNB sucks

First this useless bank call me a **** and don't want to apologise. Now I get an SMS from them about a loan I don't have. They are clearly the worst bank in SA. Call Daly on ********** 386 to enter into a pmt arrangement on your FNB Personal Loan acc, alternatively, engage us with a view of settling the acc. If you we do not receive a pmt from you today, we will continue to take the necessary steps in enforcing our clients rights. Ref: ********** 5

I wonder if they know what the hell is going on. To top it all one of their consultants at Northgate also said he doesn't care what I say. Absolutely pathetic
