FNB sucks

I approached FNB in April 2024 about a R5000 debit order that authorized. The ***** department told me they could not do anything as its a contractual agreement between me and the third party. They insisted that, that's the position eventhough I told them that's not case. Again in June 2024 the debit went off and the Brooklyn branch manged to reverse and I kept on requesting them to help me with this. Again now in the 3rd of June 2024 the same debit went off and they can't reverse it or do anything about it. I am bounced between 2 departments debit order department and ***** department that keeps on refusing to assist me. FNB does not care about me and the safety of my money.
