FNB Sucks

Was advised that powerball winning less than 50K get transfered into you account within 7 working days when you play using the app. But that's not true. Today I spent an hour between the team of bankers and the call centre customer service advisers trying to get assistance regarding this without success. So I don't understand what the point of having this facility on the app if it's gonna be such a hassle of being passed from pillar to post! Or do I need to be a winner of 1 Million before I get assitance?! I need another bank!
