FNB SUCKS

I attempted to withdraw cash from a capitec atm. It did not dispense the cash. I later realized the money disappeared from my account, reflected by my statement. I did not receive an in-contact notification. The bankers on secure chat were befuddled and did not know how to assist. One said go into the branch, another said fill this form out, another said do it on the app. Initially they said 3-5 days turnaround time.just now they tell me 10 days turnaround time . Also, your secure chat bankers are rude and entitled, besides not knowing their job. They just pass you from 1 Desk to another.
