FNB suck on being reached from abroad

I’m currently abroad. I don’t have access to my secure chat on the FNB App and since I am an FNB Connect customer where international roaming is not available for prepaid customers, cannot get through to the call centre either since, after prompting me to put in my ID number, an OTP is sent to my South African number which doesn’t work here. I’m literally disappointed in a bank that claims to be the best digital bank.
