Fnb such a disappointment!!!

Been a loyal customer for many years, got no debts or loans with the bank instead I have savings and investments with them. I recently I app**** for a bond and got declined because I'm listed as risk 3 which is a bad record in their internal system. I trust them with my money & they give me a bad record for no reason. I guess it's time to move my investments elsewhere...
