FNB Stupidity have me stranded overseas

I travel Globally for work and now I'm stranded in dubai because FNB have restricted my bank account. I cannot use my bank cards. I contacted FNB but they can't help me. saying I should go into a branch to sort out the problem... how stupid can you be to suggest that to a customer when I clearly stated I'm OUT OF THE COUNTRY. I'm moving my business and personal account immediately when I return to South Africa
