FNB - Student Loans Department - Not answering phones - USELESS Service

For the past week, I've been attempting to contact FNB's student loan department. The fact that no one picks up the phone or returns your calls is shocking. I am a Masters student who is unable to finish my thesis due to a lack of funding. FNB is the financial institution with which I bank. FNB, get a grip. Can we assist you in any way?
