FNB Student Loans

I have been to Nedbank, ABSA and Capitec to get relevant information or forms regarding student loans. To get a loan at a decent interest rate, you need to have a main account at the bank. So that leaves me with FNB. I visited two branches that both told me they only do student loans online. I have sent two online enquiries, one with my normal details (contact number and reason for loan) and the second one expressing the urgency as I need to put down a deposit on my accommodation asap. They sent me a number I can contact and I am currently on my 44th try to call it. I have also tried various other numbers. And this is only to get an application form, I cannot imagine how long the process must take. But FNB is my only option and I have no way from my side of getting the ball rolling on my student loan.
