FNB Student Loan, new rules and difficult to get it corrected.

Takes forever to fix the student loan. I provided my registration document as normal. FNB didn't keep the loan as a student loan and converted it without notice. I then tried to change it to a student loan and they explained they don't do it anymore. I then started the application for a new loan but it's been weeks and the student loan dept is not getting back to me to make the change.
