FNB Student Loan Debit Order

I'm writing another review, similar to the one I wrote in July as this issue has not yet been resolved and FNB is not coming back to me.

FNB changed its loan debit order processing system and since then we have endless issues. I am tired of calling each month and this issue is never resolved.

My son is paying the student loan from his Capitec account. Since April none of the debit orders where processed and I had to make a manual payment for it. I spoke to a consultant every month and they are unable to resolve the issue.
