FNB Student Loan

PLEASE be very careful when considering FNB. YOU the customer has no access to anyone with responsibility who will take ownership of a problem. You cannot even call a branch, what a joke. You get pushed to call centers who pass the buck on to other departments. How can you trust your business and personal finance with an institution like this?

Regardless of the consequences to you, the call centers are like machines who have very limited decision making authority and simply shrug when you complain. It is not within their mandate and they dont give a **** if you threaten to move your bond and accounts.

YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM. they 1000% dont care about you, please believe me.

I am off to another bank who has a more personal touch.
