You have definitely lost your minds. You'll be delivering my new card but can't say when you'll be doing it, if I'm not available on the day you decide works best for you to drop it off you want to bill me an additional fee to go through the same nonsense again. Maybe you aren't aware of how it works but if I'm using my credit card it's usually beneficial to the bank. 3 to 5 days, you have my address, surely planning can be done better thank that.
