FNB struggle with delivery of replacement cheque card

My credit and cheque cards were both due for expiry in May 2018. I received an SMS notifying me of credit card expiry and deivery and within a couple of days I received my replacement credit card, which I thought was really impressive. Shortly after this I received notification about my checque card, but when I haven't received any further comms after that, I logged a query using secure chat on the banking app on 12 May 2018. The first premier banker that rep****, Kabelo Molefe, said that I must contact the couriers myself because FNB does not know where their customers live. The second banker I chatted with, Vusi Sibeko, promised that he will contact me with an update yesterday, 14 May. This did not happen. I find it very strange that FNB could deliver a replacement credit card very quickly, but that delivery of a cheque card seems to be an unsurmountable challenge. Can someone please urgently arrange delivery of the replacement cheque card. If I do not receive the replacement card before expiry, I will seriously look at moving my entire banking portfolio to a different bank.
