Fnb struggle to unlock my savings account

Hello guys so about 2 months back i went to hello peter to write a review on my savings account that is blocked and that Mr. Jobn Volmink was busy with the investigation my account is going now for 2 years that is blocked so on the first review i wrote Mr. John Volmink emailed me and fhen he said i must get a clearance certificate so i done it and now he just ignored me doesn't get back to me so really don't know what to do anymore if my account just can be opened to release my funds i will be very happy
