FNB Structured Home Loan

FNB Home loan is ignoring my request regarding my home mortgage loan. They been saying my query is escalated but not giving me any feedback. I have been contacting them and making follows ups but they fail to respond to my query. I’m am seating here frustrated and regret to have have a home loan with them.
