FNB strong arm tactics

I keep on getting threatening no-reply emails from obscure departments of FNB about compliance to FICA and other third party entities. The problem is not that I have not comp**** but that they have not asked for information. The issue is that they keep on threatening to close my account. Their attitude and tone is disgusting and as a Private client this kind of strong arm threatening tactics are not acceptable. I am compliant and always in good standing but it does not seem to matter. I have complained a number of times but it continues. So much for customer service and speaking to customers in a polite way.
