Fnb Strikes Back (changing banks after this)

Randomly had all my accounts blocked for not confirming where Iive. I phoned them today after submitting my proof of residence and I got told these things take time followed by a fat argument about how it was my responsibility to confirm my address. I have now sat for 3 days with no access to money and I'm literally asking friends and family to borrow me money in the interim.
