FNB strikes again and their ruthless lawyers
I have a loan account that fell into arrears while unemployed with FNB and was handed over to the debt collections department. I have subsequently settled the balance with Ishmael Dhaya attorneys and have been battling to get a settlement letter. FNB does not offer assistance to get involved and request a settlement letter and updating of my profile and their attorneys are debiting my account continuously despite my efforts of making good to the agreenemnt
