FNB Stopped and Disputed debit orders
I am still experiencing problems with FNB after the last time disputed the 5 debit orders of which I do not have any business with them ,I was called & advised to visit the nearest branch ,still at the branch they did not assist saying the call centre should tackle the problem. Up to today since January I am sitting with the same problem and my premium account has gone into EXCESS ,I find this to be very ridiculous because I stopped all the debit orders including FNB ones but still the bank charges just hiked up! .Last attempt I did make was to call the risk department & they failed to assist as the advise given did not come close to solve my concerns regarding this account .Last Saturday I visited the branch & they failed to assist again ,I am still going to & front with this account and I feel the justice is not served as FNB if failing me and I cannot even pay the temporal loan I have with them even if I try. I wish some one can help this situation as I want nothing to do with this account I have requested the debit orders to be stopped and the excess to be dropped and for me to arrange in the payment of the overdue temporal loan . I am in distress a my credit record will definitely be affected.
