FNB Stop this nonsense.

Hello FNB.. It's me, again. So after I made an arrangement on my payment to Cell C for the end of February you guys have now again 3 times tried to make a payment from my account when there is no money everytime charging me R105 for the unpaid item... Dear FNB, this is R315 already on February and I have spoken to cellc whom have informed me that they have made the arrangements for end of February payment. I getting to a point where I believe that if you do this not only to me but to thousands of people out there you are making a **** load of money by just trying to make debit orders when the funds aren't available in people's accounts.. R315??? Do you understand that as the sole bread winner in my household that is a lot of money for you to take for absolutely no ****ing reasons.. Please give me back my money and stop with this ****!!!
