FNB Stop taking our money

I deposited money at atm and 1 note was folded and rejected. Atm gave option retry returned notes. I made it flat and retried it.Note got retained. Why? anyway I went to the branch next day and the lady was not very helpful asking me to fill in forms to claim that the money was mines. On the 10 Nov I deposited money at the atm again. This time money was retained without even rejecting notes? must we keep running to the branch and fill in forms because u retaining our money? We use your Atms because we are unable to get to a bank during the day. Also what happens to all the money it sits in your suspense account and goes to your profits. Stop *****ing our hard earned money if u don't accept the note give it back
