FNB STOP SENDING MY BANK STATEMENTS VIA POST!!!!!!!!!!

In September 2020 . I have asked one of FNB consultants to assist not to receive PERSONAL BANK STATEMENT VIA POST, she advised that the bank has cancelled the statements being sent via post. However it is of my surprise to be still have received my bank statement as at 31 October 2020.

I hope this get sorted soon for my personal safety and security reasons.
