FNB stop charging me for machines I don’t possessMXM!!!

I subscribe to FNB’s merchant services and I have one card machine. I called a few weeks ago to investigate why I am charged so much for rentals. I was told they have more than one machine on my profile and were to investigate and refund what’s due to me. To date, I haven’t heard from FNB Merchant Services yet and my debit order came off exactly how it had been every month. I want to get away from this as I cannot be ****** like this monthly. Can someone please call me as I want to cancel all services, including my business bank account. I need to explore places where people are actually committed to service and treating a customer fairly.
