FNB STOP asking how can we help you and then take more money from us!
"How can we help you?": 1. STOP reducing ebucks benefits! 2. STOP making it more difficult to move up a level on ebucks. 3. If you kept a minimum balance in your account then your monthly fee was waived. FNB now CHARGES a monthly fee - depending on your account it can go up to R499 a MONTH! And here's the best part - you STILL need to keep the minimum balance to get ebucks benefits! 4. The "free" ATM deposit amount included in the bundle price has been reduced over time. STOP squeezing every cent out of your customers! 5. Why are we forced to receive Kauai vouchers? Why can't we get checkers or Clicks vouchers? 6. DON'T reply that you will look into the above and then do NOTHING, as usual!

21 Sept 2021, 12:05Almost 5 months and as expected NOTHING has been done.
1. New EBUCKS rules makes it even more difficult to move up levels and earn ebucks.
2. Minimum balance does not get you fee rebates anymore. You now need to invest R500 000 with FNB to get the rebate on FNB premier acc (FNB: current crisis reality check!). You are NOT HELPING!
3. Is there a connected party replationaship between 1 of the directors/snr personnel at FNB and directors of Kauai and/or holding company RealFoods? As stated, give us checkers or clicks vouchers which have a larger countrywide presence. Or let us choose which voucher we want.
STOP spending millions on advertising and trying to lure more customers. Focus on serving your current clients first!
