FNB stole twice my money

Upon my Last and final payment for my personal loan on the 1st of April, which should have been a zero balance on the 4th of April FNB without any notice or advice charged by my personal account twice in the morning and in the afternoon therefore making the 3 times the payment for what should have been the last payment.
