Fnb stole R38 000 from me

So my story goes like this. I app**** for a loan, R90 000.00, fnb says ok, we will give you the sum you requested but 1st we will settle your other loans and then pay you out the balance, I was more than happy to agree as it was gonna solve all my problem. Sadly when the loans and overdrafts sorted fnb pays me out R20 000.00 short. I am like damn, i need to sort that out hut for now let me use the money i have to sort out my most urgent matters. Just as i had gotten to the end of that process my less urgent matters escalated, I saw the covid relief option as a quick fix for my current situation giving me time to address the R20 000.00 short issue. Fnb said sure son, we will once again help you, I was relieved and so proud of my bank, only for me to never receive the covid relief money but to receive a covid relief loan account for R18 800.00. So now fnb has paid me short R38 000.00 And they dont want to help me. I have now spent R300 on airtime only to be transferred from pillar to post amd phones put down on my ear... Here is the cherry on the top, the consultantss that i am begging to help me keep saying i need to apply for a new loan and just put me through to the fools in sales.
