FNB stole R10, 000 from me !!!

<p>I opened an money market account some years back which needed a R10K deposit , which i then transferred that and much more into it . </p> <p>Now i recently opened a Money Max account which i then transferred all my funds from that account into this and i called to close the Money market account .I was then told my 10K is lost because my total amount was the same as the available amount . Previously i had my R10K on my total amount but not on the Available Amount because it was a deposit . Also were is my interest that accumulated thus far before closing .</p> <p> </p> <p>please can i have my money back </p>
