FNB stole our investment

2022 my husband and I invested money at FNB, then around August same year, we went to the bank and made a notice then they told us the money will be in after 30 days, after we waited we didn't get the money Then we went to the bank, we were told that they transferred the money, then when we check it was transferred to another bank account which is not ours Then we were told to open a case of ***** after that they will do investigations Since 2022 till now every time we go to the bank we are told they are still doing investigations its been two years now!!!
