FNB stole my money no notification, no change of available balance

I was expecting money which was processed on Saturday from Absa bank. I spoke to a consultant today, he advised that the money was debited in my account yet I've been waiting for the notification to date I haven't received it but the money was debited and the balance hasn't changed, how? Is it a way FNB ***** our money because this doesn't make sense, why I haven't received a notification? , let alone why the balance didn't change? . Stop robbing us as your fellow customers I want my money no excuses. According to the way you advise us, you'd normally say we will receive a notification so in this case who's fault is it.
