FNB stole my money!!!

I have been fighting to get my money back since the 28th of March. FNB has R4281 of my money being held on my card for a “purchase” that I have never made and no one can tell me who this supposed merchant is that they’re holding the money for. I have been calling and been transferred from department to department, wasting not just my money but my time as well. I have been to a branch and I was told to use their phone to speak to their agents because they couldn’t assist me. At this point I have no choice but to believe that there’s some ***** involved, because how is it possible that no one in the entire bank can tell me why a substantial (to me) amount of money is being “held for a purchase” but there’s been no proof of said purchase for almost three months now? I followed up again on the 7th of June and was told that a case was going to be opened with the Pending Transactions department and they would get back to me in 48 hours and that never happened. I contacted them again on the 13th of June to find out what was going on with the case and they said they still had not heard back from that department. I was given a number to call to again waste my time and money. I am so ****ing tired of these *********** people and this ****ty bank. I have been a loyal client for 7/8 years and I have been treated like **** even though they are the ones in the wrong. I have lost all trust in them and will be closing both my transactional and credit accounts by the end of the year. I have since moved to Discovery and get my salary paid in there and moved most of my debit orders because I don’t trust that I won’t wake up one day with all of money gone on the FNB account. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU ******!
