FNB stole my money debit order on closed bond account

Of I could give them a zero star I would. Fnb has ****** our money. We canceled our bond with them in November, they provided the cancelation attorneys with final settlement figures which was paid in full to them on the 22nd November 2023. They then proceeded to debit am installment from our bank account on the 26th after they had received the full settlement and closed our bond. They then sent an email staying the debit order would be reversed. To date we have not received our refund. Fnb is the most *********** and ********* bank to deal with. No I have to run around to get them to pay what's due to us. I'm going to ensure they don't do thus to other clients. Taking them to the media , the national credit regulator and will sue them. I'm so angry .
