FNB stole my money and no one is admitting to not doing what they supposed to

So since June 2023 I have been trying to find out why my youth accounts are blocked. On 19 Feb 2024 the fica team said that “the process is completed” as per all the documents they wanted. on 21 Feb 2024 the same fica team said that card division must issue and deliver the cards. I followed up on March .. nothing End of March the bank *****s my money and close the accounts Now the same fica team want me to go into the bank . From 9 April I have only been told we looking into it, go into the bank, you will have to put a claim in for your money. NOBODY wants to take responsibility for not doing what they supposed to. My accounts are not restored like Katlego said it will be and I don’t have to fill in forms. An email was sent again from fica team to say reactivate the accounts but nothing. Nobody cares that no communication was given to me about the bank closing the accounts. After over 25 years with the bank they treat me like this. Why am I treated like this?
