FNB stole my money AGAIN!!!

Second time First National Bank FNB just conveniently loses my money. In April 2024 I made an international transfer of just over $200, which I then refunded. After countless calls, emails and even the ombudsman, I explain several times that the money reflected on the invoice is not in my bank account. Also, the invoice total did not add up - yet somehow nobody at FNB could see what I'm talking about.

Now, I got an international payout of $91.21 - which shows it's held up by my bank, but again FNB can see nothing. I was transferred 3 times and yet nobody could help me. I was sent from regular chat, to forex, to some other desk, who said I need to speak to Forex again.
