FNB STOLE MY MONEY

23rd May my card was taken from him. He is 32 - so he is an adult. He was at an ATM in ASTROENERGY. When he got to the machine he saw it was not working. He was going to tap to get R200. A man dressed in a Security Outfit asked my son if he needed help - while another one comes from the left side and stole my card. My son immediately told me to cancel my card and transfer the amount I had in the Current Account into my Savings - which it was around R2900. I immediately done it and I was holding on the line for ***** to answer my call - which took them 45 minutes. My son had arrived and told the ***** exactly what happened and that I had canceled my card through the Bank App. The lady on the other side said she would also do it. In the meantime R25 000.00 x 4 times was transferred from my Savings into my Current Account. They immediately started transferring the money to ANALIA TRADING - R49 999.99 and the next into ANALIA TRADING - R29 999.99. And then took R3 000.00 cash. When I saw that I immediately took the money that was left in my Current Account into my Savings Account. FIRST OF ALL - HOW IS IT THAT FNB DID NOT PROTECT MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T TRANSFER THAT AMOUNT WITHOUT FNB SENDING A MESSAGE ASKING IF I APPROVE OR NOT! FNB told me that I had given the ******* my CODE - my son doesn't even know my CODE. Now they saying I didn't cancel my card on time. The money was all in my Savings Account - which I have lost Interest of 7.85 per month since the 23rd March 2024. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
