FNB stole my money!!!!

My name is Thembelihle Maboya. I’m a victim of ***** and FNB refused to give me my refund. I was advised to log a ***** case and I did… After 8 days they told me that they won’t reverse my money.

I am a private client and they took R12776,00 from my account

Mr Katiso ( Bank Manager),Andrew and Bhizo from Sunward park branch tried to assist but no solution as Khensani,Rudzelani and Craig suggested that I request for a facility. That does did sit well also because that’s my salary that was taken and for me to be advised to apply for a loan it’s not right at.

***** Manager(Makgotso Maine) said my money won’t be reversed.

Please advise what I should do as this has inconvenienced my life and I have bills that are behind. I’m now in arrears. Please help
