FNB STOLE MY EXISTING NUMBER,

I bought a Samsung phone from FNB Connect that come with the FNB sim card. I was advised to port my exiting number to their network which I did on the 13th October 2015, today is the 16th October 2015 and I still do not have my number. when one calls my number it tells them that my number does not exist.

Further more, ive been **** to by their customer service agents telling me that they will call me back and not once had a soul called me. Ive spoken to Gugu (6 times), Vusi and Antoinette from FNB Connect and each time im the one calling them back as I am frustrated.

Ive been banking with Fnb for years now and have even convinced my fianc? and family member to switch to fnb in the past. I regret that now I feel like an idiot as this is happening to me now.

I have contacted them on their social media streams too and no one concrete is of assistance.

I just want my number back and they can take their ****** phone back and stop my subscription.
