FNB Stole My cheque

a cheque in my name issued by the CITI Bank JHB on behalf of the Portuguese social services never reached my hands. After querying with social services they mailed me a letter with a copy of the cashed (stamped) cheque to prove i was paid. The cheque made out in my full name was cashed by someone else at the FNB Randburg Branch. The FNB branch NOR anyone else i have spoken to at the bank is willing to assist. I have posted a comment here and immediately got a reply that someone would contact. still waiting. Hoping hello peter will get someone attention so i can get my money. FNB cashed this money for themselves and i must just be ok with it cause its theres now. Randburg Branch sais they need to identify who is at fault HAHA while i have shown them proof of the cashed cheque at their branch. *******, *****ing my money and refusing to to give any feedback
