FNB STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCESS ACCOUNT AND THOUGHT I WOULDN’T NOTICE

In July 2021 I enquired about my access account since the monies were less that the amount I was given last year and I had not withdrawn from the account. My query was escaped by Wisani and I received no response. On December 1st I again called to fo ask the same question, Avela escalated the matter, 13 days later I’ve not been contacted or provided with a response. The lack of a response makes me believe that FNB stole my money and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Furthermore, ignoring my inquiries confirms that.
