Fnb stole money

First of all last week I've got 5 transactions that went threw that I am not aware after my account been hacked. When I've wanted in the branch my account has been frozen. 2days later that money went threw. When I've went back to my nearest branch we have called the ***** line and they hung up more than 3 times. Fnb is working with the ********* not against them. They are part of *****ing people money and dont reverse it. nothing getting done about it. Thanks to fnb I can't buy food or my necessary essentials for this month. I'm to afraid that my salary must be paid in again with you ########. I must run around now begging from other people now just to get threw this month because you are a ******** bank and I know there is also other people that is going this threw with fnb. I referred people rather to capitec or absa.
