FNB stokvel nightmare during withdrawals

FNB Potchefstroom branch (Mooiribier) will drive your from pillar to post with regards to stokvel account withdrawals. It is like consultants are clueless on this product yet it is a product they've had for a while. I spent over 6 hours trying to change one of our stokvel signatory because they just don't know how. the consultant meant to help us just didn't want to and it seemed she didn't even care enough to find solutions, maybe it's a color thing I kept thinking. Marlene from the Mooerivier branch just had an attitude from the get go and avoided to "help" us which is the main motive of FNB. Why have the stokvel product if it's not fully advanced like other products and consultants just don't know exactly how it works? This botched my entire day.
