FNB Stokvel account a Rip-off

We have a stokvel account we have been using to collectively do our savings for 2018 and share in December. I phoned FNB call centre this morning (07/12/2018) to find out if the process we wanted to do would be fine and they said yes it can be done in the branch . We basically wanted to do a transfer from the stokvel account to one FNB account to enable us to do eft sharing to all members. We then went to Sandton City where we were told we can not do a transfer from our stokvel account to another nominated FNB account because of the type of account we have. We apparently only have to get cash and deposit it. Honestly what kind of bank fees fund raising is this??? Because we were now stuck and really need to get our money out we then asked if we can get cash. More bad news. No we cant because they dont have enough cash and we need to come back some other time. Now Im wondering why do they even have the below on the website??? Doesn't sound like immediately is an option. Reason why we did not want cash was due to the risk. Now the bank is making it impossible to safely get our money.
