FNB Stokvel Account

Why is FNB selling a product of “non existence “? We went to Fnb Lichtenburg branch in the North West in January to open a Stokvel account. We had all the required documents.etc. However after completing the whole process with on of the consultant...the stokvel account could not be opened because of “the unknown error” which none at Fnb could resolve.

Two months later we are still waiting for someone ...somewhere to respond to an email regarding the unknown error and as a results we can’t open the stokvel account.

How can such a big brand like FNb be so *********** still shocks me.
