Fnb Stoke broking

I've had a very bad Experience with FNB Share investing, I have an exsiting share investor account. Yesterday i called in and waited almost and hour on the phone I advised the consultant that I want to purchase SAB Zenzele Share she told me I must have a trader account which I've had before, I called in ***which took me two hours to get through to a consultant who then told me to speak to administration after waiting for an hour on the phone i decided to try calling again with no response. I app**** online which then told me the account is pending. I tried calling FNB stockbroking again and again with no response. Today 28th of may 2021 I tried calling from 8 am with no response from the trader and administration. These shares traded today at R40 and went up right to R115, I've lost out on making R375000 Profit Because my bank has failed me.
