FNB Stock Broking

I struggle to open a stock Broking account with FNB. You apply and then reverifying is quiet. If you phone them the indicate it is in the approval process and that they will come back to you the same day. I phoned twice now and I am still waiting. is it worth the trouble or do i need to move on .
