FNB STINKS KUDOS TO CAPITEC

THEY DONT DESERVE EVEN THE ONE STAR I HAVE GIVEN THEM AS THERE IS NO KESSER OPTION!!!!! I always hated to bank with FNB. Tare the worst bank in South Africa. Their services STINK. I was.forced to open an FNB account because I needed to link a PayPal account to it. Generally, topups from FNB to PayPal takes 5 minutes to reflect and utilize. I am waiting for 4 days. I am desperate. I called FNB umpteen times, and umpteen times without any valid reason they directed me to call PayPal USA. Both, the local and international calls cost me an arm and a leg. The last time I called FNB, I was was this morning at around 09:00. After a very, very long wait, I was told the PayPal USA had placed limitations on my account, and I needed to fall PayPal USA. AGAIN! I had to wait until 16:00, before I called because of the time difference. Guess what? The are no limitations on my PayPal account! The people at FNB ARE ****S, ****S! ****S! I opened a Global account. When the card arrived at the branch where I had to collect it, I got a ticket number 75. I waited at the branch for more than an hour, and not one client had been serviced during the entire period. When I tried to deposit money into the Glibal account at an ATM, that card continued to get spat out. I then realized that they didnt activate my card. I went to deposit money at a FNB ATM. It returned a whole lot if notes. The mouth of the money deposit intake is the size of a tadpoles mouth. I had to split the notes into small batches to deposit and make small deposits several times. Despite this, the ATM spat out notes, some stuck in the ATM halfway, other notes lie on the ATM, And the rest of the notes strewn all over the floor. It's a good thing that I want to the ATM at 05:30, or else, anyone can imagine the consequences. I took the same bundle of notes to the CAPITEC ATM. It has a mouth the size of a whale, and it took in all the notes without sitting any note out. Yhen I transferred the money I deposited into my CAPITEC account, and did a PayPal transfer to my FNB account. With CAPITEC I get my my account IMMEDIATELY! I dont even have to wait 60 minutes to get my funds. The PayPal transfer I did to transfer the money to FNB hasn't yet arrived, and it's 4 days already. I haven't even started warming up yet, if FNB doesn't get my PayPal money in my PayPal account and the PayPal account by tomorrow morning at 10:00 I am going to cause a stink the goes to high HELL regarding their reputation AND take this up with the banking ombudsman.

This has never happened before! After having to call over and over and over again, and being pushed and shoved from pillar to post again and again, I got a message from FNB after having to lodge a complaint to HELLOPETER. Nogal with a complaint reference number. Now they want to treat me like a Larnie! But with a classical Donald Trump promise that they will solve my problem in 5 working days! They've just taken on Iran! 5 days are not acceptable to me. Tomorrow by 10:00. FINAL!!!. Or else poppe gaan dans! I will go to every consumer watchdog in the country to expose the rot within FNB and I WILL take them on like Iran did to Trump! I will insist on reparation costs for all the phone calls I made, my time they wasted, and a whole lot lot more. If I dont get feedback from them, I will call of their getting back to me like Iran did in Islamabad.

FNB AT IT AGAIN! Non of the issues are sorted out! It's】】】】 a pity the actual word that is the opposite of not telling the truth is censored by HELLOPETER. The so called "Supervisor" that the call service consultant refers to was supposed to call me by 9:00 today. It is 13:05, and I haven't received that call yet. I called at 10:00 so that I could speak to the "Supervisor" and was told that the "Supervisor" would call me shortly. I am still waiting. In the interim, I called and spoke to another call center consultant. He told me that my case had been escalated twice, and both times the "Supervivor" reported that PayPal USA had placed limitations on my account. When they told me this the first time, I called PayPal USA, and was told that there were, "NO LIMITATIONS PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT". So this other call center consultant told me to hold the line as he would call PayPal USA, and enquire. Guess what? I get cut off the line. I go into my FNB app, and see that my Aspire debit card is at the Randfontein branch. I drive to Randfontein, and guess what? The branch is CLOSED. I enquired why they are closed, and the reply was that there is no electricity. As I sit outside the FNB Randfontein branch writing this review, CAPITEC bank is open and running normally because they are equipped for such obvious eventualities. Once again, KUDOS TO YOU, CAPITEC! SO WHATS FNB GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS? IS THEIR ANY RECOMPENSE FOR MY TIME, MONEY, AND UNNECESSARY EXPENCES THAT THEY WITH THEIR LESS THEN ****PY SERVICES HAVE INCURRED ON ME? ALL YOUR SERVICES STINK TO HIGH HELL! Now I have to return without even collecting my Aspire debit card, and put up with the untruth that PayPal had placed limitations on my account. It's a pity that the real word for untruth is censored by HELLOPETER. Because I again openly say that the so called "Supervisor" at the PayPal call center for top ups is a ****, a ****, a ****!!

So, will FNB get their untruthful LYING "Supervisor" call me, because the person was untruthful and **** about my PayPal account having limitations set on my account as well as persistently promising to call me regarding my issue. Why is FNB holding onto my money, and resisting to assist me?
