FNB Still Won't Close my account

I again went to FNB Three rivers to close my account after phone calls from theire complaints centre or head office i spoke to Mia who first asked me to go to the Meyerton branch because the Three Rivers branch closest to me was closed yesterday i received a phone call from FNB three rivers telling me the branch is open i can come close my account when i went there this morning there was a very long line the same lady that told me i cant close the account came to ask me what am i there for i told her the story but still i had to wait thus this complaint i wont be held responsible for any more banking fees resulting out of this everytime there is another story
